This Privacy Policy explains how Dekoda Arts LTD ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use ComboCoach (the "App"), a boxing training application.

1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 is:

2. What information we collect
2.1 Information you give us when you create an account
ComboCoach lets you sign in three ways. What we receive depends on which you choose:

2.2 Information generated by using the App
- Workout activity: which training styles you select, rounds completed, and session dates and durations.
- App preferences and settings.
2.3 Technical information
- Basic device information (device model, operating system version, app version).
- Crash reports and error logs, where enabled, to help us fix problems.
2.4 What we do not collect
- ComboCoach is currently free and we do not collect payment card details. Should we introduce paid features in future, payments would be processed entirely by Apple's App Store and we would never see your card information.
- We do not access your microphone, camera, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- We do not record or transmit audio from your device. Coaching audio is bundled inside the App and plays locally on your device.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show third-party advertising.
3. Why we use your information, and our legal basis
Under the UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for each use of your data:

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Who we share your information with
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the App:
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd (Firebase Authentication) — manages account creation, sign-in, and password storage.
- Google (Google Sign-In) and Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple) — only if you choose those sign-in methods, and only to verify your identity.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.
5. International data transfers
Our service providers may process your data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
6. How long we keep your data
- Account data: for as long as your account is active.
- Workout history: for as long as your account is active.
- Crash and diagnostic logs: up to 90 days.
If you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain something to meet a legal obligation.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at www.ico.org.uk.

Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the App: [CONFIRM IN-APP PATH, e.g. Settings → Account → Delete Account]. You may also request deletion by emailing us.
8. Security
We use Firebase Authentication, which stores credentials securely and transmits data over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
9. Children
ComboCoach is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
